Robert Polk (CEO), the former owner of Polk Travel, has been in the travel industry since 1980. He continues to thrive on the day-to-day challenges of this volatile business. His simple business philosophy, “If we strive to be the best, our future is unlimited!” resulted in Polk CTM's growing business clientele to over 550 corporations. Robert is well known in the travel industry for his ethical business practices and his ability to retain and motivate his employees.

Andrea Shpall (President), owned and operated Majestic Travel for many years. She is a third-generation Colorado native. After a successful career as a lawyer, Andrea made a career change to operate her family-owned business. Specializing in leisure and group travel, Majestic counted many area leaders as long-time clients. You can hear Andrea talk about vacation travel on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons on KEZW AM1430. Andrea currently acts as Chair of the Rocky Mountain Region of the Anti-Defamation League .

Matt Cantelo (COO), former General Manager NSW for Corporate Travel Management, has joined the American team to assist Robert and Andrea in leading the Polk Corporate Travel Management executive and operational teams as they prepare for a period of exponential growth. Former owner of Rhodes Corporate Travel, Matt has extensive experience in operational management and is excited to apply his expertise to the benefit of our North American clients.

Robert, Andrea and Matt lead a seven-person executive team. Each member of this team is actively involved in our day-to-day operations and personally available to our employees and clients.
